Do I need to be there at pickup?
Usually yes, so you can hand over the keys and sign the sale. If you can’t be there, talk to us and we will work something out, but we will still need to confirm you own the car.
Can you take a car with no keys?
Yes. We will need proof that you are the owner, such as your registration papers, alongside photo ID.
